TP-155/156 Peel Force Analyzers
The TP-155/156 Tape Peel Force Analyzers are precision tools, providing quick and accurate measurement of the force required to separate the cover tape from surface mount carrier tape. These analyzers are the ideal solution for QC testing of outgoing product or sampling of incoming product prior to assembly.

Compliant to the EIA 481 D Standards, the TP-155/156 provide digital readout and real-time graphing of the peel force. A USB2.0 computer interface and APT’s Windows® compatible SPC software package allows the user to record and report a wide variety of statistical data including minimum, maximum, and mean values, standard deviation, Cp and Cpk. The software offers standard reports or the user can create his own templates. |
